22 year-old Lawrence Man Arrested on DUI and Reckless Driving; What are the DUI Fines and Penalties in Kansas?

Attention drunk drivers in Kansas and Missouri.  You may think you're okay to drive. Hopefully 22 year-old Michael Andra will think twice next time he decides to get behind the wheel of his car after a night of drinking.  Andra was arrested on Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving after he lost control of his car and crashed into someone's back yard.  The accident happened at the 800 block of Arkansas street around 1:30 a.m., according to Lawrence Police.

 

A 24 year-old passenger allegedly complained of rib pain but declined their right to medical attention.
