Accidents at Kansas City Industrial Plants Can Have Devastating Consequences

One worker was killed and another suffered a serious injury in industrial accident at the Fairfield Manufacturing Plant in Lafayette, Indiana. The fatal work related accident happened when a worker was pinned between a forklift and a semi trailer.  Police say the worker injury happened on a rear loading dock. There is no indication as to what caused the men to become pinned by the forklift and semi-truck trailer.
