Aggressive Driving is Dangerous and Unpredictable; Lawrence Man Intentionally Crashes Truck Into House

At Roswold Law Group, we are taking our own stance to help drivers both be able to spot and avoid an aggressive driver and avoid becoming an aggressive driver.

Such is the case with a 50 year-old man who was arrested last week for allegedly intentionally crashing his car into a residence following a domestic dispute.  The disturbance happened around the 900 block of Connecticut in Lawrence, Kansas.  Police say the man, after a heated argument, purposely backed his truck into the house.  Thankfully, no one was injured.  Nearly $5,000 damage was done to the home.

Our experienced Kansas City Auto Accident and Injury Lawyers are always encouraging motorists to be wary of becoming an aggressive driver but this is an extremely scary situation.  This is a case where this man, apparently tried to intentionally use his car as a weapon.  It is extremely fortunate that no one was hurt in the accident.  It's hard enough to protect yourself from a dangerous motorist when you're in your car.  It becomes an even more life threatening situation when someone intentionally crashes a car or truck into your house in an attempt to harm.

We'd like to remind all motorists in Kansas and Missouri to think before you drive and put your anger and aggressions away before getting behind the wheel.  Aggressive driving can be extremely dangerous.  You may think you're just trying to "send a message".  But far too often, that "message" can lead to very serious injury even death.

If you or someone you love has suffered a serious injury in an accident in Kansas or Missouri, contact the Kansas City Personal Injury Attorneys of Roswold Law Group.  With over 15 years of experience in Auto Injury Accidents, we may be able to help you determine the best way to proceed with your personal injury claim.  Call today to set up your free consultation with one of our personal injury lawyers.

People who are angry or mad should not drive. They are prone to recklessness and stupidity that may injure others.
