Alert Motorcyclist Survies Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash in Kansas City

It pays to be alert.  Being an attentive driver or in the case of today's example, an attentive motorcycle rider can be the difference between life and death.

One person was killed and four others were hospitalized with serious injuries after a multi-vehicle crash in Kansas City, Missouri on Monday.  The acciedent happened at 23rd Street and Cleveland Street when a car and truck collided, causing the truck to flip over and land on top of a motorcycle sitting at the intersection.  The motorcyclist was able to jump free of the bike and was hurt trying to escape.  The driver of the truck wasn't so lucky and unfortunately lost his life in the crash.
