Are Carnival Workers in Kansas and Missouri Working in Risky Conditions?

We post often about dangerous and sometimes fatal accidents that happen at carnivals and fairs but usually they are accidents in which a guest is injured in a ride accident.  Here is a story that shows how dangerous it can be to work these carnivals.

A 40 year-old carnival worker was tragically killed when he got caught up in the draft of a large diesel generator fan and was pulled in.  The worker died on the way to a hospital.  OSHA will investigate the fatal carnival accident.

How often do you think about what would happen if you or your spouse were involved in a work related accident? How would your family recover? Work related injuries can have a deep impact on a family-- but if that injury leads to a work related fatality, it can be catastrophic.

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will be investigate the fatal carnival accident.

As experienced Kansas City Work Related Injury Lawyers we see the devastating affects that work related injuries and fatalities have on families in Kansas and Missouri. More often than not we've found that it always comes down to the questions you were afraid to ask.
