Are Kansas and Missouri Residents Safe in Danger of Auto Accidents even at Home?

A 14-year-old girl in Chicago, IL. was killed in a tragic auto accident when a vehicle crashed into a Chicago apartment building. According to police, it is believed the driver of the crash vehicle had been shot at a couple of blocks away moments the fatal crash. The victim of the accident was apparently sleeping on the couch when the time of the crash. Her 12 year-old brother was also injured and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment on serious injuries.
