While Missouri had the city the figured highest on the list (Springfield at #7), it also had the city that came in lowest of the accounted cities between KS. and MO. (St. Louis #103).

2. Boise, Idaho
3. Lincoln, Nebraska
4. Chandler, Arizona
5. Huntsville, Alabama

Cities in Kansas and Missouri that made the list are: Springfield, MO. (#7); Overland Park, KS. (#34); Wichita, KS. (#44); Topeka, KS. (#47); and St. Louis, MO. (#103). According to the survey, the best drivers are in Fort Collins, Colorado and the worst are in our nation's capitol, Washington D.C.
