Yikes. Rough year for Toyota. Sort through our
Defective Product Recall Blog and you will see we've been documenting the struggles of the Toyota Motor Company as they've put out recall after recall for all kinds of problems.
Add another one. Today,
Toyota announced a recall for 1.3 million vehicles. The model and line in question this time is the 2005-2008 Toyota Corollas and the Toyota Matrix. The reason is a problem in the engine that could cause the vehicle to suddenly halt, which could obviously cause a catastrophic accident and result in very serious injury for anyone inside the vehicles as well as other vehicles who may be involved in a resulting crash.
At Roswold Law Group, we take all dangerous product recalls very serious. Our
