Boy Suffers Serious Injury when Thrown from Truck in Lawrence, Kansas; the Boy's Father was Drunk at the Wheel

We know people are going to go out and party it up.  Drinking isn't against the law, however drinking and driving is.  Did you know that you can get a DUI the morning after a drinking binge even after you feel you've slept off the worst?  It's absolutely possible if your blood alcohol level is still up, which depending on what you drink and how much and how hydrated your body is to begin with is entirely possible.

The problem is the boy's father was drunk.  Not from drinking at the time, but police believe from the night before.  Tests showed the blood alcohol level at the time was still over twice the legal limits.
