Accidents like this one seem to happen every day and the shame is they can easily be avoided by practicing safe and smart driving techniques. Rollover crashes are nearly always caused by inattentive or careless driving. The best thing to do when you leave your home in the morning is to clear your mind and make it your mission to keep focused on the road. Set aside any distractions such as CDs or your cell phone. Those calls or text messages can wait until you get where you're going.
