Crossing a Highway on Foot Never Safe; Prevent Pedestrian Accidents in Kansas City

Police think the man may have been trying to cross the highway and was hit and killed. There were skidmarks in the general direction of where the body was found and an investigation will hopefully answer many questions police have this morning.
