Fatal Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of 63 year-old Grandview, MO. Man

A Grandview motorcyclist was killed when he collided with a pick-up truck on 45 Highway in Platte City, Missouri on Friday afternoon.  The fatal Kansas City motorcycle accident happened as the 63 year-old motorcyclist was travelling northbound on the highway when he hit a pick-up truck trying to turn onto Highway 92.

When you're driving, never assume anything.  Pay attention to what is happening at all times not what you think may happen.  Timing another driver as they attempt to make a turn can be tricky but the best thing to do is either to slow down as much as possible to allow the other driver to turn or if possible, safely change lanes.
