FX Worker Files Lawsuit Against Warner Bros. Claiming Serious Injury in Green Lantern Set Accident

This past weekend, Kansas City hosted the Reel Spirit film festival. A lawsuit being filed against Warner Bros. claims a worker has suffered ongoing health problems following a work related accident on the set of this summer's The Green Lantern.  The lawsuit claims that John Franco, a special FX worker on the movie was severely injured during an effects accident and suffered "numerous internal and external injuries, severe fright, shock, pain, discomfort and anxiety" in the accident.

Warner Bros Entertainment, Warner Bros. Pictures Group, Big Moose Llc., DC Comics and South Bay EFX Inc.. were sued for negligence, peculiar risk, ultra-hazardous activity and loss of consortium.
