Gas Pump Exlposion in Kansas City Caused by Road Rage Argument and Vehicle Collision

Yikes.  If there was ever an example of the dangers of road rage, this would be it.  Two women, driving separate vehicles, were engaged in an argument.  When one of the woman attempted to ram the other vehicle, she lost control of her car and crashed into a gas pump at an independent oil company gas station, causing an explosion.  There were two women and a three month-old baby at the pumps when the crash and explosion happened.  Both women suffered serious injury and severe burns and were rushed to a local hospital for treatment.

 

The baby, miraculously, was unharmed in the accident.  Police say the driver of the car that caused the explosion has been arrested under charges of assault and hit and run.
