How Safe are Carnival Rides? Man Dies after Fall From Roller Coaster in Houston

A 28 year-old man was killed when he fell from a roller coaster at the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show in Houston, Texas.  According to reports, the man fell from the coaster and landed on another person on the ground below.  The fall victim was transported to local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The other victim was also taken to the hospital where he was treated for a broken ankle.  He is expected to be fine after the accident.

Spending a day at a carnival or fair can be a fun and entertaining day for everyone of all ages, but the rules go for everyone.
