A 4 year-old girl was killed in an apparent hit-and-run accident in Grandview, Missouri. Neighbors discovered the body of the girl, bleeding in the street and called 911. Witnesses say they saw a brown or gold-sh colored pick up truck leaving the scene of the accident but no one actually saw the collision.
