How's this for a scary situation?  A Colorado mother took her three kids to Chili's on the 4th of July to cool off and grab a snack.  Instead of a relaxing break, she was horrified to find out the fruit smoothees she ordered for them containted tequila.  Management was notified and EMTs were called to the scene but thankfully, the kids were okay.  No charges have been filed-- yet.  But because the kids drinks were served in children sized cups this has a chance to be a case of severe neglegence.
