Kansas City Parents: USCPSC and Graco Issue Recall on 2 Million Strollers Because of Strangulation Risk

At Roswold Law Group, we know protecting your child is your number one priority.  With that in mind we want to pass on urgent information that may save your infant child's life.  Graco Children's Products and the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission have issued the largest dangerous product recall in the company's history.  Over two million Graco strollers have been recalled because of risk of your child becoming trapped and strangled by a defect in these strollers.  There have already been four reported strangulations and five cases of child entrapment involving the strollers.

If you have one of these strollers, stop using it immediately and contact Graco for a free repair kit.

The most recent recall includes the Graco Quattro Tour and Graco MetroLite strollers produced between 2000 and 2007.  If you purchased a Graco stroller between these years, contact the company immediately.  If you are not sure, check the model number on your stroller.  The model number can be found on the rear frame of the stroller.
