A 36 year-old mechanic was killed in a work related accident at the Ron Osborn Trucking Company in Salt Lake City, Utah.  The worker was performing a daily routine of pumping gas from one truck to another when his clothing became trapped in the truck's power takeoff shaft.  The man's arm was cut from his body and he was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
