Kansas City Worker Falls while Prepping Stage for Kansas City Rock Fest

A man was in an on the job accident while working as a stage hand prepping for this weekend's Rock Fest.  The worker suffered serious injuries in fall accident while helping put up props for Saturday's Rockfest concert, held annually in Kansas City, Missouri.

Reports indicate the stagehand fell 20 feet or more and suffered injuries, but it is not known how severe the injuries are, just that they are not expected to be life-threatening.  The Kansas City Worker Injury is expected to be investigated to discover how the accident happened but right now, organizers don't feel it was due to an equipment problem.
