Minors Arrested for Drinking and Driving after Kansas City Graduation Party-- Who is Responsible?

At least one adult and six minors believed to be inn connection with a graduation party where minors were allegedly being allowed to consume alcohol. Overland Park Police stopped a car near Interstate 35 and 75th Street. Officers report the vehicle and its passengers smelled of alcohol and discovered alcohol in the vehicle. The search led to the arrest of five minors charged with possession of alcoholic beverages.

The underage drinkers told the police about a graduation party being held at the 13100 block of England in Overland Park, Kansas. When police arrived at the residence, another minor was arrested also for being in possession of alcohol. So far at least one adult has been arrested for hosting the party and supplying the alcoholic beverages to the children.
