At Roswold Law Group, we help clients all the time recover after being involved in dangerous car accidents in Kansas and Missouri. Even though we have over 15 years of experience on the matter, it is still difficult for us to see these tragic accidents continue to happen, knowing full well they can be prevented.
Police are still investigating the cause of a weekend
multi-vehicle car crash that killed one man and left eight others with serious injury. The accident happened on U.S. Highway 59 north of Princeton, Kansas when a man driving a pick up truck crossed over into oncoming traffic and collided with two other vehicles. The driver of the truck was killed. The eight passengers of the other vehicles were seriously injured. Three of the victims were kids and two were an elderly couple. Of the eight surviving victims, it is believed that at least two of them were not wearing seat belts in the crash.
