Pedestrians not Safe on Kansas and Missouri Highways; Topeka Woman Hit and Killed on I-29

Last week, a 25 year-old Topeka woman was killed while on foot on Interstate 29 in Kansas City, Missouri when she was struck by as many as six different vehicles.
