At Roswold Law Group we have over 15 years experience in dealing with trucking accidents. One of our ongoing concerns with commercial truck drivers is the amount of time they are allowed to spend behind the wheel of these vehicles. One of the main causes of trucking accidents is the driver falling asleep behind the wheel. Check out our article, "
Commercial Trucking Accidents" to learn more about this important topic.
The other issue that is important to note from this accident is that the victim may not have been wearing his seat belt. As
Kansas City Trucking Accident Lawyers, our blogs are full of repeated entries detailing accidents with serious injuries or even deaths that have occurred because someone was not wearing a seat belt. Unfortunately, the state of Missouri lags behind the rest of the nation in seat belt use.
Take the time to buckle up. It may be your own life you are saving.
