A teacher at Della Lamb charter school has been suspended pending an investigation into allegations that the first grade teacher taped a 6 year-old boy's mouth shut.  According to officials close to the incident, the alleged incident would have happened on Tuesday.  The school was not notified until Thursday that anything had happened.  The teacher has been suspended without pay while the school in conjunction with Missouri Child Welfare investigates the incident.
