Tragic Motorcycle Crash Kills One, Injures Another in Kansas Injury Accident

A 28 year-old motorcyclist was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident on Old Kansas City Road and West 355th Street in Miami County on Tuesday. According to police the fatal motorcycle crash happened on May 17, 2011 just south of Osawatomie, Kansas late Monday night.  According to reports from the motorcycle accident scene, the male driver as well as a female passenger were both ejected from the motorcycle in the single vehicle crash, causing critical injuries to both.

 

The man was flown by air-liftred to a nearby Kansas City hospital where he was later pronounced upon arrival. The female was transported by ambulance to another Kansas City area hospital, where she is still being listed in critical condition.
