Trucking Accidents Continue to be a Problem for Kansas City Motorists

At Roswold Law Group, we know trucking accidents in Kansas and Missouri can be prevented. But we also know it's not even a remote possibility until all motorists, including truck drivers and other motorists take responsibility.

This week saw yet another Kansas City injury accident involving a semi-truck when a big rig hit another car on I-435 near Holmes Road on Monday.  Several people were taken to local hospitals for treatment for serious injury but none were expected to be life threatening.  Kansas City police are investigating the cause of the trucking accident.

Our experienced Kansas City Trucking Injury Accident Attorneys know that driving a big rig truck isn't easy. It takes a qualified driver who has been through the training process. The good news is that these drivers are being put through ongoing and continuous training programs to make sure their skills don't slip and they know the dangers of their job.

The good state of Missouri saw a decrease in trucking accidents last year, thanks in most part to the new training courses being offered.  So, hope isn't lost.  While there is no indication as to what caused this accident, its fair to assume some form of distracted driving was involved.  As a driver, you can avoid accidents by paying attention to the road and avoiding any and all distractions.

If you or a loved one has suffered a serious injury in an accident involving a semi or big rig truck in Kansas or Missouri, you may be entitled to compensation for your losses. If you're facing an uphill battle with the insurance companies, you need someone in your corner you can trust.
