Now a Missouri family is resting easy after an Arkansas jury awarded the family a $7 million settlement following the death of Roger Reagan, a former truck driver. Reagan was killed in a collision with another semi- truck in September of 2008 when the other truck crossed over a median line and hit Reagan's truck head-on. The Reagan family won a lawsuit against Dunaway Timber and its driver, Morgan Quisenberry, claiming Quisenberry was too fatigued and thus unfit to be driving at the time of the accident.
