After talking to James, I felt comfortable with him. He's pretty funny. We have a lot in common so it kind of takes away from the stress of what we're dealing with. It was professional and just got right down to the point and took care of business basically. The staff was excellent. They were just very nice and pretty much every time I'd call they were really sweet. I think it's Diane that I talk to all the time. I like her a lot.

James gets the job done. He did the best he could do. I referred my sister to him. I feel he absolutely cared about me. I didn't feel like a number. He would just get the job done basically, and when he called me and asked me questions, he was get right to the point and then we would talk about other things afterwards but basically at the front its lets do this and get this done. James worked hard for me. That's why I hired him again.

The staff, you know the ladies up front, they do a good job. His staff is excellent. Everybody up there is cordial and nice and it's all professional.

I have 100% trust with James. I just feel comfortable with him, and I know he's doing a good job. He is knowledgeable. He was talking about things I had no idea what he was talking about. He was honest and upfront. Like when you meet somebody you just have this intuition? I had that with him.
