The Most Common Kansas City Car Crash Injuries – Part 1: Back and Neck Injuries

Symptoms of spinal cord injury can include pain, numbness, sensory changes, loss of bowel and bladder control, spasticity, breathing difficulties and paralysis. The damage is often permanent and leaves the victim unable to work or enjoy life as he did before the accident. Victims of spinal cord injury may require surgery. Often extensive physical therapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitation are needed.
