ATV accidents cause serious injury to hundreds in Missouri and Kansas

Millions of Americans enjoy all–terrain vehicles (ATV’s) or 4-wheelers. Several hundreds of thousands of ATVs have been recalled since these vehicles were first sold in the early 1970’s. However, many consumers were not warned about the design defects and theses defective consumer products are still in use.
