What is our No Fee For Kids Program?

Attorneys generally charge somewhere between 33 and 40% of the total recovery when a child's car accident case is settled with the insurance company before a lawsuit is filed. Our personal injury attorneys are founders of an injured children's foundation and feel that children are special and, if a child's auto accident case can be settled without filing a lawsuit that child would greatly benefit if not charged an attorney fee. Thus we have created this program for children, 12 and under, who are injured in a motor vehicle accident in Missouri or Kansas.

Here are some of the program details:

1. Children who are 12 and under at the time of the accident are eligible.

2. The accident must have occurred in Missouri or Kansas.

3. We will not charge an attorney's fee if the case is settled before a lawsuit is filed.

4. We will be reimbursed for costs and expenses only if you recover or a court directs.
