20 year-old Motorcyclist Killed in Single Vehicle Crash near Larned, Kansas

A 20 year-old motorcyclist was killed in a single motorcycle accident in Pawnee County, Kansas on Tuesday August 2, 2011. According the the Kansas Highway Patrol, the victim was riding his motorcycle westbout on K-156 when when he lost control of the bike and went into a dictch before hitting a culvert. The collision tossed the motorcyclist airborne, landing several hundred feet away fromt he crash.

Hopkins suffered catrastrophic injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
