83 year-old man killed in pick-up truck accident near Springfield, MO.

An 83 year-old Kansas City man was killed in an accident when he was thrown from the back of a pick up truck near Springfield, Missouri. According to police, the truck was traveling around 10 mph close to Stockton Lake in Greenville, MO. The man was hit by a boat trailer after he fell from the vehicle. There has not been a decision as to whether criminal charges will be filed against the female driver of the pick-up.
