Baltimore Utility Worker Killed in Work Related Accident

A Baltimore utility worker was killed in an on the job accident on August 16th, 2010.  The man, in his late 20's, feel from a ladder and landed in a hole where he became buried in dirt up to his chest.  Emergency crews arrived but it took them nearly three hours to free the man, who was pronounced dead at the scene.  The cause of death is apparent cardiac arrest.
