Birth Injuries and Fatalities are Not Uncommon in Kansas City

A father in Michigan has filed a lawsuit against Bronson Hospital, Kalamazoo Anesthesiology and the delivery doctors involved in the delivery of his triplets, which resulted in the death of his wife in 2007.  Jeff Hagenbuch, of Comstock Township, Michigan claims his wife, Tina Hagenbuch, had a tissue condition that caused massive bleeding and that despite the fact that doctors had prior knowledge of the condition, they failed to have enough blood on hand in the delivery room to keep his wife alive. He is suing for $25,000 in damages.
