Chicago man dies at NFL game, raising safety concerns in Kansas City

Soldier Field in Chicago was the site of a fatal accident on Sunday and it had nothing to do with the game between the Chicago Bears and the Philadelphia Eagles.  A 23 year-old man died after falling 35 feet from a ledge and landed on the rooftop of a small shed outside the building.  According to witnesses the man ran and jumped from the ledge, falling to his death but Chicago investigators are ruling it an accident.
