Contract Worker Killed in Cable Accident in New Jersey

A construction worker was killed in a work related accident that happened in New Jersey on December 3, 2011. The fatal work related accident happened when a cable that was pulling a trash container snapped and went through the back windshield of a truck, hitting a worker sitting in the passenger seat of the truck. The cable hit the worker in the head, causing massive head and brain trauma.

The victim was working as a subcontractor for Champion Construction and Demolition.
