Crash Involving Two Motorcycles in Missouri Kills One Rider, Hospitalizes the Other

A 26 year-old motorcyclist was killed in a tragic accident that was caused when the man attempted to avoid another crash. The fatal motorcycle injury accident happened on June 26, 2011 in Kingsville, Missouri.

According to representatives fromt the Jackson County Sheriff's Department, the motorcyclist was riding next to another motorcycle when the other rider lost control while trying to make a turn. The victim tried to avoid hitting the other motorcyclist but instead lost control of his bike and collided with a guard rail. Medical personnel pronounced the motrcyclist dead at the scene of the crash.

The other motorcyclist involved in the wreck was hospitalized with what has been described as serious but non-life threatening injuries.
