Drunk Driver Crashes into Kansas City Home; Severs Gas Line

A man has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he crashing his car into an Overland Park home this past weekend. The drunk driving accident happened on May 14, 2011 near 123rd and Grant, according to officials from the Overland Park Police Department.

The family was home at the time of the accident and were forced to evacuate the house because the crash severed a gas line. Thankfully no one inside the home was injured.
