Drunk Driving Accident Injures Three Children after Rollover Accident in Kansas City

Three children were injured in a rollover accident caused by their apparently drunk father.  The drunk driving rollover accident happened at the 200 block of North Broadway Road in Leavenworth, Kansas when an SUV lost control and crashed.  Neighbors and witnesses suspect street racing, reporting hearing the revving of engines and screeching of tires before a crashing noise.

The 29 year-old man had his three children, ages 4,6 and 7 in the SUV at the time of the crash.  The 4 year-old was taken to a hospital but later released.  The other two children reported minor injuries but were apparently okay.  According to Leavenworth Police the kids were in seat belts but not proper child-car restraints.
