Failing to Yield the Right-of-Way Results in Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Henry County, MO.

In Henry County, Missouri, a 49 year-old motorcyclist was killed in a two-vehicle crash when another driver failed to yield at an intersection on NE 400 Road. The fatal motorcycle accident happened on April 11, 2011.  The victim has been identified as Terrence Cashell of Osceola, MO. According to the Missouri highway patrol, was riding south on MO-13 when he was hit by another motorist at the NE 400 intersection.

Reports indicate the driver of the truck, who fled the scene following the crash, had failed to yield the right-of-way to the motorcyclist. Cashell died at the scene of the accident.
