Fatal Drunk Driving Crash Has Attention of Kansas City Police

Two men, sleeping at a Dallas, Texas bus stop were killed when the covered booth was crashed into by a drunk driver.  The accident happened on September 13, 2010 around 2:30 a.m. at a DART bus stop.  The 50 year-old driver, Julian Cadena Cerda, was driving a Chevy pick up truck when he slammed into the parially enclosed structure.  The two men, one of which was believed to be homeless, were killed instantly.

Cerda is now facing two counts of intoxicated manslaughter.
