Four Passengers of Horse Carriage Killed in Semi-Truck Accident

Four people were ejected and killed and another was severely injured in a rear-end collision involving a horse-drawn carriage and a tractor-trailer that happened in Oklahoma recently. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the carriage was traveling down the middle of the highway when a tractor-trailer approached from behind and rear-ended the carriage, ejecting all five passengers.

Four of them were killed in the crash, including a five year-old child. The lone survivor, an 18 year-old victim, was airlifted to a nearby hospital and has been listed in critical condition.

The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
