Grandview Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Highway 42

In Platte City, Missouri, a motorcycle-truck collision claimed the life of a 63 year-old man from Grandview, MO.  The fatal motorcycle accident happened on Friday March 11, 2011 on Highway 42 when the motorcyclist, traveling north on 42 collided with a pick-up truck, traveling south, as it was trying to turn onto Highway 92. 

The motorcyclist, James Maher of Grandview, was killed in the collision.  Police had not issued any citations and the cause of the the fatal motorcycle crash.
