Headaches in Children May Be a Sign of Bigger Health Problems

Headaches in children are not uncommon but if they are not properly monitored, they could get worse or already be a sign of a much larger health risk.  The same things that can cause headaches in adults can and will often cause headaches for children indcluding stress, anxiety, sleep patterns, change in diet and vision problems.

There are many symptoms that your child's headaches could be a part of a much greater problem in your child's brain.  Persistent daily headaches accompanied by nausea, often in the morning along can be the first sign indicated.  If your child is experiencing daily headaches, see a doctor.
