Kansas City affected by latest Toyota recall for Corolla and Matrix

The Toyota Motor Company has announced another big recall this week and this time, over a million vehicles all over the United States are affected.  The recall is for 1.3 million models of the 2005-2008 Toyota Corollas and Toyota Matrix lines. 

The recall has been issued because a problem with the vehicle's engine that can cause it to suddely stall.  The accident can cause a car crash.  Several accidents have already been reported and at least one case of serious injury.

If you own one of these vehicles you are urged to contact your nearest Toyota dealership.
