Kansas City Man Steps off Bus, Hit by Car, Suffers Serious Injury

A Kansas City man was struck by another vehicle at a bus stop at 60th and Swope Parkway in Kansas City, Missouri. The pedestrian injury accident happened on Wednesday March 30, 2011 when the man stepped off an ATA bus and was struck by a PT Cruisier.

The pedestrian suffered a serious head injury and was hospitalized. Initially considered to be a life threatening injury, the victim's condition was upgraged to critical after treatment.
