Kansas City man suffers injuries after being hit by car

Early this morning, a local man was hit by a car while attempting to cross the street at 39th and Gillham Road in Kansas City, Mo. The incident occured around 4:30 this morning. According to reports the man suffered minor head and leg inuries as well as a cracked rib. It is unknown whether or not the driver of the vehicle was charged with any crime.
