Kansas City Motorists learn Texting and Driving extends beyond cars

Passengers aboard a light rail train in Newark, New Jersey managed to video record the conducter of a train texting with their cell phone when they should have been focused on driving.  The train in question was bound from the Branch Brook Park station to downtown Neward, when a passenger saw the conductor texting with both hands and not looking up at the track.

New Jersey Transit authorities have since fired the conductor after footage of the texting and train driving conductor ended up on local New Jersey news casts.
